Peter Hughes II
President
Mr. Hughes has over 25 years of experience in the personal lines insurance industry managing P&C insurance agencies. Over the last several years he established and operated successful joint ventures with the largest real estate brokerage, and the largest mortgage company in the United States. At Pinnacle Partners, Mr. Hughes oversees agencies in 23 states, and for CrossCountry Home and Auto he is President of a national agency with operations across all 50 states. Prior to his career in personal lines insurance he built, operated, and sold a software company utilized by several Fortune 50 Companies including GE, Westinghouse, and DuPont. Mr. Hughes has a biology degree from Penn State University where he earned high honors.
Peter Hughes III

Pete was a founding partner of Pinnacle Partners insurance ventures in 2015. Today, Pinnacle is in over 100 Keller Williams market centers helping homebuyers and real estate partners bring elite insurance services to the home settlement transaction. Pete is diving into the insuretech space to evolve how agents use technology to better insure consumers in the modern markets.
Pete has been working in the financial services and insurance industry for 10+ years. He has his 7, 66, Property, Casualty and Life licenses.
In 2015, he took after the family business and ventured into the property and casualty business launching Guard Insurance.
The Guard team was the flagship and one of the first to introduce the JV model and prove it's success.
Steve Kohlbrenner, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Steve was formerly an auditor with Big 4 accounting firm Ernst and Young where he worked with Fortune 100 companies. He is a licensed CPA and has extensive operations, project management and information technology experience. Prior to working at Ernst and Young he worked for Pinnacle in a joint venture we have with a billion dollar mortgage company.
Dan Gough
Northeast Sales Manager
Dan has been with the company for over 10 years and is now the most accomplished sales representative in company history. His monthly and annual production numbers place him amongst the top insurance agents in the country. Recognizing Dan's talent and work ethic, Pinnacle utilizes Dan's expertise and knowledge of our business model to oversee the launch of new agencies and joint venture partnerships throughout the country. Every Pinnacle joint venture has returned 100+% ROI after one year thanks to Dan's commitment. Dan and his team consistently provide exceptional service to homebuyers and realtor partners. They have been a critical component of establishing the pedigree of Pinnacle Partners.
Peter Manfra
National Sales Manager
Peter has been with Pinnacle Partner companies for six years, having previously honed his skills at Allstate. He has successfully advanced through the ranks, leading the Premier division in South Jersey before being appointed as National Sales Manager. In this role, Peter not only drives sales strategy but also focuses on training and development, planning, and enhancing client growth and retention.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Peter served in the Army, holds an associate's degree from Delaware County Community College and the FEMA Program for emergency management, followed by training and graduating from the Delaware County Police Academy. Additionally, Peter has extensive management and leadership training through various programs and has earned a Certificate of Leadership Development from The Wharton Executive School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is married to Elizabeth and a proud father of two boys, Hunter and Luke.
Nancy Warner
Senior Advisor
Nancy has been a member of the Board of Real Estate Providers Counsel (RESPRO) for over twenty years. She currently serves on RESPRO's Executive Committee as 1st First Vice President, State Issues Task Force and Policy Committee. As a previous owner/operator, Nancy knows firsthand the requirements and challenges of the real estate services industry. Nancy plays an instrumental role in guiding our firm to understand, navigate and adapt to the existing and changing regulatory dynamics of the real estate services industry.
In addition to RESPRO, Nancy is also a member of American Land Title Association (ALTA), Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA), New Jersey Land Title Association (NJLTA) and Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). She is on the Home Owners Outreach Program (HOP) Committee and Best Practices Committee for the ALTA.
Nancy and her husband reside in Horsham, Pennsylvania and have three children and five grandchildren.
Danielle Arra
Director of Plan Implementation
Danielle focuses on implementing and communicating the company's strategy to our partners within their offices throughout the country. Danielle ensures that all of our agents, broker partners, Realtor and Mortgage partners understand our proven systems so that we work together as effectively and systematically as possible. Her emphasis is on designing and providing reports and other communications that lead to increased overall growth of each Joint Venture. Danielle graduated Cum Laude from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations.
Hayley Ondrus
Director of Growth Operations
Hayley oversees many operations for Pinnacle including SEC offerings, RESPA compliance, implementing systems that lead to the successful launching of new joint ventures, sales report management and marketing reports. Hayley graduated Magna Cum Laude from college with three degrees (Finance, Business Law, Marketing). She did all of this in 4 years. With many options, Hayley chose Pinnacle because she relished the challenge and excitement of being part of a fast-growing company with a first to market business model. Hayley has established herself as a critical member of Pinnacle's team, and her passion, work ethic, and diverse skill set prove her academic accomplishments were no coincidence.
Ryan McLaughlin
Director of Financial Operations
Ryan graduated from Temple University with a degree in Corporate Finance. He assists the Operations team in all accounting and finance matters. While in undergrad, Ryan worked for a real estate company and was also a part of the Pinnacle internship program for 2 years. Because of his entrepreneurial spirit, Ryan turned down offers from multiple national companies upon graduating in favor of returning to Pinnacle.
Brianna Vochinsky
Operations Associate
Brianna assists our Operations Team while focusing on implementing processes and strategies to drive referrals throughout the country. Brianna also oversees the Sales Associates to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our customers. Her organizational skills ensure the growth and success for each Joint Venture.
